Frequently Asked Questions

  • To create the Bellasposa Experience for every bride we are an appointment-only store which guarantees that a dedicated stylist will be available to assist. Please visit bellasposawedding.com/appointment to see if any same-day appointments are available.

  • We don’t charge you for your appointment. However no-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $50 fee. If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at 909-697-9594 48 hours or more in advance of your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.

  • Bridal appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes. When you say yes to your dress, plan to spend an additional 30 minutes to place your order and celebrate finding THE ONE.

  • Being prepared for your appointment is the best way to have a great appointment.

    Please bring:

    • Your Bride Squad - make sure your VIPs are with you to make sure they see the moment you find THE ONE!

    • Your inspo photos to show your stylist

    • Neutral undergarments - remember, your stylist will be helping you into the dresses.

    • Your preferred payment method - we accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and contactless smartphone payments

    Helpful but not necessary:

    • Hair clip - to test if you want an up-do or down-do

    • Make up - you'll be taking a lot of photos

  • Bring people whose opinions you trust and whose goal is to simply help you find a dress you love. Your entourage should be positive people who understand the style that you are going for in your wedding gown. If you would have trouble committing to a dress without a certain person present (often that person is mom), make sure they can come with you, or are available to text or video chat during your appointment.

    Please note that children are not allowed at Bellasposa.

  • Our samples typically range from size 10 to 30. When you find the perfect dress, we can order your dress in any size you would like to order.

  • We now carry the following: Allure/Allure Couture/Madison James/Casa Blanca/Disney Fairytale by Allure/Martina Liana/Essense of Australia/Julia Kontogruni/La Premier Bridal/Le Blanc/Oksana Mukha/Sima Couture/Isabel Sanchis/Rebecca Ingram.

  • In order to keep our gowns in good condition we do NOT allow any outside beverages into the store. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Absolutely! When the bride says "Yes" to the dress, as a special treat, we're delighted to offer you a complimentary toast with your choice of apple cider or champagne to celebrate this beautiful moment.

  • The vast majority of our dresses range from $1,500 to $4,000. We have a limited selection of beautiful options under $1,500, as well as some exquisite options up to $15,000.

  • Discontinued just means the designer has stopped making the dress so we as a store can no longer order it from them so we end up selling the gown off the rack in whatever size we have it in. With these gowns we ask that you put 100% down and take the dress home with you that day.

  • Special Order Gowns are gowns we order from the designer specifically for you, and they can take anywhere from 1-7 months to come in, averaging 4-5 months.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, cash, and Zelle

  • A trunk show is a special in-store event when a designer lends us dresses that we may not have otherwise. If you like a particular designer, a trunk show is a great opportunity to have a larger selection to choose from. Plus, sometimes the designers authorize special incentives to say yes to your dress during the event.

  • It’s not too late, but every second counts! Your options include buying one of our samples off the rack or working with a consultant to determine which designers can meet your time frame for a “special order” gown, which could include an additional rush charge.

  • If your wedding date is sooner than the time we typically need to have a special-order gown made, we will need to consult with the designer and place a “rush” order, for an additional fee. In this instance, your gown may arrive 1-3 weeks before your wedding and details will be outlined in your contract.

  • Bellasposa does not do in-house alterations but have a partnered with an alterations expert. Please contact us for more details.

  • We strongly recommend finding alternative child care instead of bringing children, as Bellasposa is an adult-oriented environment. Our goal is for brides to feel free and comfortable to have their bridal moment, which is very difficult when tending to children.

    However, we do understand the occasional need to bring children. In these circumstances, please call us at 909-758-0176 to make arrangements and keep the following expectations in mind:

    If children are present, they must be included in the guest count (a standard appointment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests).

    Children must remain seated and supervised at all times throughout the appointment.

    Infants must be held in arms throughout the appointment. Car seats, carriers, and strollers are not permitted in the store due to space constraints. (Wearable or wrap-style carriers are welcome.)

    Please ensure that all entertainment for children is silent (either silent toys or headphones with electronics).

    No food or drinks other than water is permitted in the store.

    Bellasposa does not have diaper changing facilities.

    Please note that a disruptive child may cause your appointment to end early in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for other brides in the store.
